The need

Why Veterans with PTSD Need Your Support

35.2 per 100,000
The 2023 veteran suicide rate, 93.4% higher than the non-veteran adult rate of 18.2 per 100,000.

PTSD is one of the most documented risk factors behind that number. Most veteran programs last a few weeks, treat one piece of the problem, and never measure what changed.

WarriorWOD runs six months. Warriors train at a Preferred Partner Gym, work with a nutrition coach, and are matched with a Battle Buddy. Every Warrior is scored monthly on the PCL-5 and the C-SSRS, so donors see exactly what their gift changed.

A Warrior's Story
"The VA had me on four medications. WarriorWOD gave me a Battle Buddy and a barbell."

Veterans do not distrust treatment. They distrust people who were not there. Battle Buddies are Warriors who completed this program. They are VA S.A.V.E. certified, and they stand beside the next Warrior every week for six months.
