Why You Fundraise

You Don't Raise Money. You Bring a Warrior Home.

Every Warrior in the program has someone who refused to let them fight alone. When you host a fundraiser, that person is you. WarriorWOD gives Veterans six months of exercise, nutrition coaching, and a Battle Buddy who already walked this road.

“My unit lost three brothers in 18 months. Running this race is the only way I know how to keep saying their names.”

$1,500 FUNDS ONE VETERAN'S RECOVERY

WarriorWOD’s veteran PTSD recovery program pairs a veteran with a Battle Buddy and a Preferred Partner Gym for six months of coached training, nutrition coaching, and peer accountability. Train. Heal. Reconnect.

The results are measured, not asserted. Across program participants, PCL-5 scores fell an average of 14.42 points, from 43.37 before the program to 28.95 after. The analysis was independently verified by the College of Charleston under separate grant funding, and was not subject to WarriorWOD review before release. That is the outcome your entry fee buys.

Funds one veteran's month

Six months to complete recovery
Why monthly
Recovery Runs Six Months. Monthly Giving Funds Veteran PTSD Recovery Without Gaps.

A one-time gift funds a moment. A monthly gift funds a program that cannot pause. Every Warrior Class runs a full six months of coaching, gym access, nutrition support, and a Battle Buddy. For that reason, recurring gifts let us say yes to a veteran on the phone before the funding for their class is fully raised.

Funding we can count on

Recurring gifts let us plan classes, staff, and gym partnerships months ahead instead of quarter to quarter.

More reaches Warriors

redictable revenue means more classes in more states without enrollment gaps. The program ran in 38 states in 2025. Monthly giving makes that scale possible.

You stay in the mission

Quarterly briefings and the annual outcomes report. You see the veterans your gift funds, by outcome, all year.

Nothing hidden

Financials, the 990, and full outcome data are published on the site. Veterans ready to apply can learn more about the Warrior Class. One click from any page.

▸ The Champions community
You are not donating. You are enlisting.

Champions stand alongside the veterans they fund. You get a direct line to the mission and the outcomes it delivers, all year long.

Monthly Champions are the reason we can say yes to a veteran on the phone before their next class is even funded. They do not just donate. They hold the mission steady.

Why Monthly Donors Give

Hear directly from donors about what drives their monthly commitment to veteran recovery.

“I’m a veteran myself. Twelve years in, two deployments, and I know what it feels like to come home and not recognize yourself. I can’t mentor every guy who needs it. But I can write a check and know someone else is showing up for them.”

“I lost a friend to suicide two years after he got home. He never asked for help and none of us knew how to offer it. I give every month because I want the next guy to have something to grab onto when he’s ready.”

“My son served four years and came back different. Not broken, just different, and we didn’t know how to reach him. He found WarriorWOD before we did. Watching him graduate was the first time I breathed easy in years. Fifty dollars a month is nothing compared to that.”

“I run a small business. I’ve tried bigger charities and honestly could never tell if the money actually did anything. WarriorWOD sends me a report every quarter. I know the cohort. I know the outcomes. That’s why I’ve stayed for three years.”

Your Monthly Gift Funds Veteran PTSD Recovery. Not Overhead.

The College of Charleston ran an independent evaluation under separate grant funding and released the findings on their own terms. Veterans entered the program above the clinical PTSD threshold. They exited below it.
