Exercise, Nutrition, and Mentorship

The power of exercise and nutrition as therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS) goes beyond mere physical wellness. It’s a holistic approach that has been well-studied and documented for its transformative impact on reducing veteran suicide rates.

The benefits of this therapeutic approach extend to:

  2. Nutrition: Our virtual nutrition coaching will guide you through healthy eating habits, macro intake, weight management, and body image. You’ll also have access to an In-Body machine to accurately measure Lean Muscle Mass and Body Fat Percentages.
