Charleston Warrior Workout presented by Kill’n It Fitness and WarriorWOD. 

Warrior Workout events will be open to active and veteran members of the Military, First Responders, their families, and the entire community. Come join us for a free workout, and free food from Swig & Swine.  Beer and other drinks will be available for purchase.

Exercise as a Prescription for Post-Traumatic Stress. Seminar Topics will address fitness topics that help our heroes overcome the symptoms of their invisible wounds.
