From attracting fewer than 100 competitors to now welcoming over 500 athletes, the Beach Town Throw Down is a testament to the community’s strength, endurance, and spirit, awarding more than $20,000 in cash prizes annually.
As we gear up to celebrate a decade of exceptional competition, WarriorWOD is thrilled to participate in this journey, amplifying our mission at one of the Southeast’s premier CrossFit events. - Venue: Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium, Myrtle Beach
- Competition Dates: May 4 & 5, 2024, featuring up to 5 WODs for both individuals and teams, with a potential Finals WOD for the Rx Divisions on Sunday afternoon.
