What is WarriorWOD?
WarriorWOD is a holistic recovery program designed to enhance the overall well-being of veterans. By addressing the root causes of post-traumatic stress (PTS), the program helps improve quality of life, reduce symptoms of PTS, and decrease reliance on antidepressants, alcohol, and illegal drugs.

What is a Battle Buddy?
A Battle Buddy is a key part of the WarriorWOD program. Battle Buddies are mentors who share a similar mindset and experiences with program participants, providing accountability, motivation, and support during their recovery journey. This mentorship fosters empathy and drives positive outcomes for veterans recovering from PTS.

The WarriorWOD program provides its services to any US veteran struggling with PTSD regardless of geographic location. WarriorWOD prioritizes veterans residing in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida. WarriorWOD is headquartered in Charleston, SC.
How much does it cost to participate in the WarriorWOD program?
The WarriorWOD program is completely free for all participants. There are no fees to join and participating warriors won’t pay a dime to be a part of the WarriorWOD program.
I’ve battled with PTSD and emotional triggers for years. WarriorWOD has given me a supportive community that understands my challenges.
